Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Parallax Network Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the developer of the PLX Network application available on Google Play.

By accessing or using any part of the App, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference
• You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

02 Eligibility

To use the App, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13–18 must have parental or guardian consent
• Have a valid email address to create and verify your account
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of virtual coin platforms is prohibited by law
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the App by us

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the App's features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password at all times
• Notify us immediately at support@plxnetwork.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not create more than one account per person
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these registration rules.

04 PLX Coin & Virtual Mining

You acknowledge and agree that:

• PLX coin exists solely within the Parallax Network ecosystem and has no external monetary value
• Mining is a virtual, server-simulated process — not real computational mining of any blockchain
• Your PLX balance is a record stored in our database and represents no financial asset
• We reserve the right to adjust mining rates, session durations, or referral bonuses at any time
• We make no guarantees about the future utility, value, or availability of PLX coin
• PLX balances are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value
• We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or void PLX balances if we detect fraud or abuse

05 Referral Program

The Parallax Network referral program allows users to earn additional mining rate bonuses by sharing their unique referral code. By participating in the referral program, you agree that:

• Each user may only apply one referral code to their account — this cannot be changed after application
• You may not use your own referral code on your own account
• Referral bonuses are granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked if abuse is detected
• Creating multiple accounts to generate artificial referrals is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination
• We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice
• Referral bonuses have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the App:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit mining or referral systems (multi-accounting)
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any artificial means to interact with the App
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its servers
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — these must be reported to us immediately
• Impersonating other users, our staff, or any third party
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Sharing false information or misrepresenting your identity during registration
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or negatively impacts the App or other users

07 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and materials within the App and on plxnetwork.com are the exclusive property of Parallax Network Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• The PLX Network name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Parallax Network Technologies
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or transfer access to the App

08 Disclaimers & No Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Any PLX balance or mining rate will remain unchanged or be maintained indefinitely
• The App will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
• Results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parallax Network Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of PLX balance, data, or access to your account for any reason
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account
• Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the App or services
• Any reliance placed on the App or its content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, for a free app, is zero).

10 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time:

• By you: Request account deletion by emailing support@plxnetwork.com or visiting our Account Deletion page
• By us: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform in any way

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked immediately
• All PLX balance will be permanently forfeited — it cannot be recovered
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy
• We are not obligated to provide any compensation for terminated accounts

11 Advertising

The App is currently advertisement-free. However, we reserve the right to introduce advertising in future versions of the App. If advertising is introduced:

• We will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy accordingly
• Advertisements may be served by third-party networks such as Google AdMob
• Third-party ad networks may collect device identifiers and usage data subject to their own privacy policies
• Users will be notified of any significant changes to the advertising model before they take effect

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users via an in-app notice or email
• Post the revised Terms at plxnetwork.com/terms

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and request account deletion.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant territory as applicable under local law.
