This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Deleting your Parallax Network account will permanently remove your profile, your entire PLX balance, all mining history, and all associated data. Once processed, this cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

📧 How to Request Deletion

All account deletion requests are processed via email. Follow these four steps:

Open your email app

Use the email address that is registered to your Parallax Network account. Requests from a different email address cannot be processed.

Use this exact subject line

Subject: Account Deletion Request – Parallax Network

Include your account details

In the email body include your registered email address and your 8-digit User ID — found in the app under the Profile tab.

Send and wait for confirmation

Send to support@plxnetwork.com. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Where to find your User ID: Open the Parallax Network app → tap the Profile tab → your 8-digit User ID is displayed under "Your User ID".

🗑️ What Gets Deleted vs Kept

Here is exactly what happens to every piece of your data when your deletion is processed:

⏱️ Deletion Timeline

Day 0

You send the request

Email sent to support@plxnetwork.com with your registered email and 8-digit User ID.

Within 3 business days

Confirmation email sent

We confirm receipt of your request. Your account is flagged for deletion and access may be suspended during this period.

Within 30 days

Full deletion completed

All personal data listed above is permanently deleted from our live systems and backups.

Within 90 days

Legal record cleared

The deletion request record itself is permanently removed after the legal retention period ends.
